you should need to make any changes, please contact the Hotel booking department

let also me know if you change your plans.
If you plan to arrive late (after 15.00 on Sunday or after 20.00
on Monday), you must call the hotel to make arrangements to get the keys.
Please call Acapulco directly at +46 8 7023300. The hotel rooms
are guaranteed for late arrival by the Alfvén Laboratory, and we
appreciate very much if you cancel your reservation if you are not able
to come.
It was not possible to find a reasonably-priced hotel within walking
distance. Acapulco is 100 m from subway station Skanstull, which is 7 stops
(about 15 minutes) from Tekniska Högskolan. The price is 745 SEK per
night for a single room, incl. breakfast and V.A.T.
Transportation:
From Arlanda airport to Stockholm (choose one):
- Take a taxi for a fixed price of not more than 350 SEK/car from Arlanda
to anywhere in central Stockholm. Takes approx 30-40 minutes (longer during
rush hours). Make sure you agree on the price before you start
the ride. Safe companies include "Taxi Stockholm", "Taxi
Kurir" and "Taxi 020".
- Take the new express train Arlanda
Express from Arlanda to the Stockholm central station, price 120 SEK/person,
travel time 20 minutes. From there use the subway (Tunnelbana, general
info, timetable,
map) or
a taxi.
- Take the old Airport
Coach from Arlanda to Cityterminalen at the Stockhom central station,
price 60 SEK/person, travel time 40 mintues. From there use the subway
(Tunnelbana, general info, timetable,
map) or
a taxi.
- Details of subway from Central station to hotel Acapulco:
The subway at the Central station is called T-Centralen. Take the green
line from T-Centralen, direction Skarpnäck/Farsta strand/Hagsätra,
get off at Skanstull (4 stops, 7 minutes). Walk approx 100 m to the hotel
(see map).
- Details of subway from Central station to the Royal Institute of Technology:
The subway at the Central station is called T-Centralen. Take the red line
from T-Centralen, direction Mörby Centrum, get off at Tekniska Högskolan
(3 stops, 6 minutes). Use the exit towards "Tekniska Högskolan".
Walk north about 400 m along Osquars backe (past the construction site)
and Teknikringen. See map

From hotel Acapulco to the Royal Institute of Technology (choose one):

5 minutes). Go to the other side of the platform. Take the red line from
Gamla Stan, direction Mörby Centrum, get off at Tekniska Högskolan
(4 stops, 8 minutes). Use the exit towards "Tekniska Högskolan".
